How We Work

Event FAQs

How much does AV hire cost for an event?

It depends on the equipment, the venue, the number of days and whether you need a technician on site. Send us your plans and we will put together a written quote.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as you have a date, even if the details are still open. If your event is coming up soon, get in touch anyway and we will tell you what is possible.

Do you deliver, set up and pack down?

Yes. Delivery, setup and collection are agreed in your quote. Let us know the venue's load-in times and anything your own team will handle.

Will someone from your team run the AV on the day?

Yes, if you need it. Tell us, and the technical support you need goes into your quote.

We're not sure what equipment we need. Can you advise?

Yes. Tell us the venue, roughly how many guests and what is happening on stage, and we will recommend what you need.

Can you work with the hotel's in-house AV?

Often, yes. Tell us what the venue provides and we will check what can be used and what else needs to be brought in.
