The Rooms We Work In
Hotel ballrooms, marquees and mall atriums. Each room brings its own sightlines, its own noise and its own rigging limits, and the specification follows from that.
Equipment and Crew
Equipment goes out on hire by itself, or with crew to operate it live. Sound, lighting and video are usually run from one control position at the back of the room.
Load-In Day
Equipment in, truss up and every system tested before the doors open. This is the half of the job no guest sees.

We check the venue, then choose equipment that suits the room and the event.

Your quote sets out the equipment, support and costs, with optional items marked.

Setup and Rehearsal
We install and test the equipment, check your presentation content and prepare for rehearsal.

On the Day
We operate the equipment agreed in your quote and remove it after the event.
